QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Develop high-end applications using .net technology and convert applications from older versions onto new ones.

• Provide Production Support to various applications that target different databases on SQL servers.

• Assist in the migration of all the databases from the old SQL server onto the new SQL SERVER.

• Implement and develop detailed test cases for testing purposes before sending them for manual testing.

• Review and revise user requirements to maintain and implement efficient user-friendly software applications. Work with VB.NET, ASP.NET, XML, SQL SERVER, ORACLE, C/C++, and Share Point Server.

• Travel/relocate to various unanticipated locations.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related

· At least 1 to 2 years of experience required

· Technical skills: Apex, Visualforce, ASP.NET, SQL, SQL Server, Source Control, Unit Testing, .NET and/or Java, Microsoft Office

· Azure, .net, C#, SQL and SQL Server experience required

· Certifications preferred

· Experience building and designing web applications on the client side using React

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. (i.e., no problems with day-to-day communications, and rarely needs coaching/review from supervisor prior to communicating with a large, managerial, and/or client audience)

· Ability to create quality technical documentation, training materials, and release notifications, and experience in coaching both technical and non-technical personnel in the usage of new software or features

· Extensive experience working effectively in a team environment with varying skill set levels, and leading group efforts

· Proven history of working well under pressure and meeting personal deadlines, as well as the ability to help others cope with pressure and meet deadlines when leading group efforts

· Knowledge of image processing concepts (pixels, dimensions, graphics file formats, color depth, compression, etc.) required. Experience with at least one image processing app/library (Photoshop, GIMP, LeadTools, etc.) required

· Experience with medical, legal, and/or financial industries (and any related software) a plus

· Ability to implement and document SDLC updates and changes from the team

· Has experience at scale with Azure cloud technologies

· Leverages past estimates for themselves and team members to ensure the estimate accuracy for their team is 80%

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Database administration for Microsoft SQL Server.

• Expertise in Database development, advanced TSQL, Stored Procedure, views, etc.

• Strong knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for MSSQL Server.

• Performance tuning and optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

• Troubleshooting and resolving database problems.

• Experience managing database backups, restores, and recovery models.

• Experience implementing operational automation using scripts (especially Powershell).

• Strong knowledge of indexes, index management, and statistics.

• Knowledge of implementing security in classified databases.

• DevOps and CI-CD (Azure Pipelines) experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services nice to have.

• Windows server experience, including Active Directory and proper disk configurations nice to have.

• Maintain and monitor the cloud infrastructure in AWS.

● Deploy/Update cloud instances using Chef.

● Define network and security structure using CloudFormation.

● Check for security issues in AWS using tools such as Trendmicro Cloud Conformity and Rapid 7 IDR.

● Maintain and monitor the network infrastructure between AWS and our 10+ North America locations.

● Create/maintain scripts to automate processes.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Perform deep dives and analysis of complex technical issues within the data center, ranging from automated tooling to hardware failures and network issues.

• Work as a subject matter expert with cross functional teams on large scale data center projects and initiatives.

• Provide cross data center support and identify potentially larger issues, displaying effective communication when something is identified.

• Work with internal hardware teams and vendors to help drive complex technical issues to resolution, provide an ownership stake in ensuring high quality levels of hardware, and influence future design to ensure ease of serviceability.

• Ability to solve issues at scale using scripting, automation and tooling

• Use data analytics to drive maximum server fleet up-time and utilization rates by understanding hardware failure rates and SLAs to customers. Identify trends and systemic issues in the fleet and drive resolution.

• Coach/Mentor team members to evaluate and identify better ways to resolve issues and define updates to tools and processes.

• Provide mentorship and be the go-to technical resource for management.

• Build cross functional relationships and have the ability to influence policies and procedures to improve global data center operations.

• Participate in an on-call rotation.
